Amazon has recently cancelled some pre-orders of the Asus Transformer Prime a quad-core Tegra 3 tablet because of the tablet becoming too popular and Amazon did not have enough supply of the tablet to fill all of the pre-orders it has accepted.
According to AndroidCentral this email is being sent by Amazon to those people that placed orders on or after November 22nd:
